Staff Sgt. Carl Stahl, 180th Fighter Wing Security Forces, Ohio Air National Guard, was honored by the Greater Toledo Area American Red Cross Chapter March 11. Staff Sgt Stahl was presented with a Certificate of Recognition for Extraordinary Personal Action after he aided in stabilizing a seriously injured driver at the scene of a car accident until rescue crews arrived.
