180th FW trains with 159th FW in New Orleans

Master Sgt. Mark Close and Tech. Sgt. Kenneth Caldwell, crew chiefs from the 180th Fighter Wing, repair the landing gear of an F-16 Fighting Falcon at Joint Reserve Base New Orleans, New Orleans, La. Jan. 16, 2014. The 180th Fighter Wing is currently participating in a training exercise with F-15 Screaming Eagles from the 159th FW, New Orleans Air National Guard. The purpose of this training is to aid pilots in maintaining familiarity with capabilities of different fighter aircraft.
