F16CM Fighting Falcons from the 180th Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard soar through the skies of Mich. during an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Bosslift June 7, 2012. The 180th FW and the 121st Air Refueling Wing also of the Ohio Air National Guard teamed up to Support the Northwest Ohio ESGR organization to give civilian employers of service members a chance to see what their employees do when performing their military duties. ESGR facilitates and promotes a cooperative culture of employer support for National Guard and Reserve Service by developing and advocating mutually beneficial initiatives between employers and their Service members and acting as the employer’s principal advocate within the Department of Defense.
