Airmen Give Hope to West Tennessee Community
Lt. Col. Julie Preston, an optometrist with the 180th Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard, conducts a vision test July 16, 2013, at Martin Middle School in Martin, Tenn. Preston and about 130 service members from the Air National Guard, Naval Reserves and the Army came together in the West Tenn. Community to provide free medical care as part of Innovative Readiness Training in support of the two-week “Hope of Martin” health fair. Throughout Hope of Martin, the medical team had provided over 1,000 pairs of glasses to members of the Martin and surrounding communities. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt.
