Fighter Integration over the Islands
An F-16 Fighting Falcon from the 180th Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard, takes off for an afternoon training sortie at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, March 13, 2014. The 180th Fighter Wing is participating in Sentry Aloha, a large aerial combat training exercise, with nearly 50 different airframes from the Air National Guard, Air Force Reserves and Active Duty components. Sentry Aloha allows participating units to train like they would fight in combat, focusing on offensive and defensive counter air measures and fighter integration.
