Capt. Brian Cherolis, F-16 pilot with the 180th Fighter Wing, explains key components of the F-16 to Maj. Gen. Ashenhurst completed aircrew flight equipment and life support training and took to the skies for an up-close look at how the 180th FW supports joint combat operations to protect and support ground forces. Maj. Gen. Ashenhurst is responsible for the military preparedness of the Ohio Organized Militia, which includes the Ohio Army and Air National Guard.

More than 250 runners participated in the race, focused on raising awareness for veterans and current military members battling the invisible wounds of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injuries.
