Stingers Prove Lethal at Combat Archer
An F-16 Fighting Falcon from the 180th Fighter Wing sits on the flightline at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., Sept. 18, before morning sorties. About 120 Airmen from the 180th FW traveled to Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., to participate in the Combat Archer exercise, a weapons system evaluation program designed to test the effectiveness of our Airmen and air-to-air weapon system capability of our F-16s and other combat aircraft. Training allows our pilots to provide a vital link for the defense of our country. Air National Guard photo by Senior Master Sgt. Beth Holliker/Released
