U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Joshua Utter, a crew chief assigned to the 112th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, marshals an F-16 Fighting Falcon piloted by Capt. Roy “Grease” Poor during exercise Cope North 2016 on Feb. 15, 2016 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
