180FW Airmen Provide Care for North Carolina Residents

Air Force Senior Airman Kathryn Dobbs, a medic with the 180th Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard, performs an eye test on a patient at Swain County High School during Smoky Mountain Medical Innovative Readiness Training in Bryson City, N.C., on Aug. 2, 2017. Smoky Mountain Medical IRT provides no cost medical, dental, vision and veterinary services to the residents of Swain County, Clay County and the surrounding areas while satisfying training requirements for active, reserve and National Guard service members and units.
